Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to execute strategies using data and shopper insights for growth
• Leverage data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and inform business reviews
• Create and present category reviews, selling stories, and assortment recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
• Significant experience translating data into actionable insights
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong technical experience with software relevant to shopper research and category management
• Convenience experience preferred but not required
