Conversation Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversation Designer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative conversational experiences using user-centric methodologies and LLM prompting technologies
• Collaborate with enterprise brands to define automation roadmaps based on business goals and customer intents
• Create bot design documents and review customer transcripts to enhance conversation designs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in Conversation Design or 3 years in a UX-related role
• Prior hands-on experience with Generative AI is preferred
• Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding technologies and conversational channels
• Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• Portfolio showcasing bot strategy and conversation design work
