Key Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered design efforts to clarify complex problems and deliver balanced solutions

• Facilitate co-design workshops and lead design thinking activities with diverse stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Factors, or Interaction Design
• 2-4 years of experience designing conversational systems or user experiences at scale
• A strong portfolio showcasing conversational experiences, including flows and metrics
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, conversational AI platforms, and project management tools
• Strong data fluency and ability to use insights to guide design decisions
