Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversation Designer.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate co-design workshops and lead design thinking activities with diverse stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Factors, or Interaction Design
- 2-4 years of experience designing conversational systems or user experiences at scale
- A strong portfolio showcasing conversational experiences, including flows and metrics
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, conversational AI platforms, and project management tools
- Strong data fluency and ability to use insights to guide design decisions
