Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing conversational experiences, including flows and metrics
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, conversational AI platforms, and project management tools
  • Strong data fluency and ability to use insights to guide design decisions
