Conversation Designer

Job Summary

To support an evolving AI-powered privacy agent project, the full-time remote Conversation Designer will design comprehensive dialog flows, develop privacy frameworks, and create guidelines for handling sensitive interactions while collaborating with legal and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi-turn dialog flows and user journeys, incorporating error handling and unexpected inputs
• Create hybrid conversation architectures that blend dynamic content with pre-approved responses
• Develop guidelines for managing privacy and consent interactions through conversational UI

Required qualifications

• Proven experience designing conversational interfaces such as chatbots or virtual assistants
• Strong command of multi-turn dialog flow design, including error handling and edge cases
• Familiarity with classical conversation design theory, including Grice's Maxims
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and writing clear conversational microcopy
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with legal or compliance stakeholders
