Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots and virtual assistants using CAI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows
• Integrate NLP and NLU techniques to enhance chatbot understanding and responses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on conversational AI or chatbots
• Deep expertise in Azure Bot Framework v4
• Strong backend development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
• Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP)
