Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Chat Bot Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance conversational chat bot solutions for client implementation projects
• Code, test, and deliver high-quality software on time as part of the project team
• Perform system analysis and project management duties to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in building and delivering Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems
• 3 or more years of software development experience, including JavaScript, Python, and Java
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience
• Experience with chat bot products like DialogFlow, Cognigy, or Amazon Lex
• Hands-on experience with AI Virtual Agents and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) technologies
