Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Developer to create innovative chatbots and virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots and virtual assistants using CAI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows
• Integrate NLP and NLU techniques to enhance chatbot understanding and responses

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on conversational AI or chatbots
• Deep expertise in Azure Bot Framework v4 and backend development with C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services and Salesforce API integrations
• Experience implementing Hybrid AI strategies and configuring Azure Cosmos DB
• SDLC leadership experience, including defining CI/CD pipelines for bot deployment
