Conversational AI Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced conversational experiences, the remote Conversational AI Developer will manage the full lifecycle of chatbot implementations, optimize architecture migration, and design robust API integrations within a 3-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of scalable chatbots and AI agents from design to deployment
• Maintain and optimize the Azure Bot Framework while participating in architectural migration efforts
• Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft to facilitate data exchange between conversational interfaces and backend systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development focused on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development
• Proficiency with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and knowledge of Copilot Studio / Agents 365
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, along with frontend capabilities in HTML/CSS
• Experience with MuleSoft for data integration from enterprise platforms like PeopleSoft and Salesforce
