Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI & Front-End Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain conversational bots and virtual agents using various platforms
Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for web portals and chat interfaces
Integrate bots with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs to enhance self-service capabilities

Required Qualifications

3+ years in bot development, conversational AI, or front-end engineering
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
Experience with at least two conversational platforms such as ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform
Strong understanding of NLP, conversational design, and customer journey mapping
Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise system integration
