Job Summary

A company is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Map out user journeys and conversational flows, and design overall user experience
Train NLP/NLU models, define entities, and improve accuracy using analytics
Build and integrate bots with backend systems and external services using APIs

Required Qualifications

Experience with Conversational AI and Dialogflow CX
Knowledge of LLMs and Contact Center AI (CCAI)
Familiarity with GCP and NLU/NLP technologies
Proven ability in bot development and integration
Experience in testing and optimizing conversational systems
