Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI & Prompt Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze conversation transcripts and user feedback to enhance conversational effectiveness and track KPIs
• Collaborate with engineers to improve evaluation criteria and implement guardrails for safe AI responses
• Design and optimize dialogue flows and prompts to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-brand AI interactions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in Conversational AI or related fields
• Deep expertise in designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs like GPT or Gemini
• Practical experience with RAG systems and building evaluation datasets
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience with LLM API integration
• Ability to analyze conversational performance using data to drive improvements
