Conversational AI Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Conversational AI Engineer specializing in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), the successful candidate will design, deploy, and optimize customer-facing workflows, utilizing programmatic SDKs and custom coding in Python or TypeScript to enhance agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop Multi-Agent Architectures by building and configuring modular agent networks using CX Agent Studio and programmatic Code Agents
• Write Custom Code Tools & Callbacks to program backend logic and data transformation scripts that extend agent functionalities
• Program Enterprise Integrations by connecting Code Agents to live databases, CRMs, and CCaaS networks using Model Context Protocol or OpenAPI webhooks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in building conversational AI solutions or programmatic AI workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with experience in handling complex JSON payloads and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Google's GECX Code Agent tooling and advanced conversational frameworks like Dialogflow CX
• Experience deploying low-latency audio-to-audio voice agents and integrating with telephony or CCaaS environments
