Conversational AI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Specialist with Full Stack Engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack conversational AI solutions, including front-end interfaces and back-end services
• Develop and optimize conversational flows and natural language understanding (NLU) models for virtual agents
• Integrate AI chatbots across multiple platforms and perform quality assurance and usability testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1-3 years in conversational AI
• Proficient in front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in high-compliance environments, such as healthcare or government
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
