Conversational AI Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in Polish and English, the full-time remote Conversational AI Specialist will train and enhance an AI agent, maintain its Knowledge Base, and monitor conversation quality while coordinating with technical vendors to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Train and improve the AI agent's responses through structured content and configuration
• Maintain and update Knowledge Base content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Monitor live chat conversations to identify and rectify inaccurate or unclear AI responses

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (native or near-native) and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with AI chatbot or virtual assistant platforms, such as Google Dialogflow
• Comfortable working with basic structured data formats (e.g., JSON-like data)
• Experience using project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and coordination with technical teams
