Job Summary

Leading the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered conversational solutions, the full-time Conversational AI System Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop scalable AI chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for conversational AI initiatives
• Design chatbot and voicebot conversation flows, optimizing user experience for conversational interfaces
• Evaluate AI models for intent recognition and monitor performance metrics to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for AI projects
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms, including Large Language Models and Natural Language Understanding
• Experience with API integrations and developing functional specifications
• Familiarity with conversation analytics and performance metrics in AI solutions
• Ability to create user stories and define conversation flows for AI applications
