Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI UX Designer to drive experimentation and execution for chat and voice AI within their customer support ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end AI-first experiences for customer support channels including live chat and phone
  • Develop and evaluate conversational flows and apply prompt engineering techniques to shape AI model behavior
  • Run experiments to improve AI performance and track success metrics for support experiences


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in conversational design and understanding of LLM-driven dialogue
  • Proficiency with AI-native prototyping tools and Figma for rapid concept exploration
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure concepts relevant to design
