Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer & Tech Trainer (Conversational Design) to design user experiences for Virtual Agents and support clients in leveraging conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build consumer-facing Virtual Agents using a no-code Studio
- Collaborate with teams to create intelligent and intuitive conversational interfaces
- Write and refine conversation scripts that reflect customers' brand voice and manage multiple projects
Required Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conversation design is a plus
- Familiarity with human-machine interaction principles is a plus
- Prior experience publishing at least one Virtual Agent is a plus
