Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer & Tech Trainer (Conversational Design) to design user experiences for Virtual Agents and support clients in leveraging conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build consumer-facing Virtual Agents using a no-code Studio
  • Collaborate with teams to create intelligent and intuitive conversational interfaces
  • Write and refine conversation scripts that reflect customers' brand voice and manage multiple projects
Required Qualifications
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in conversation design is a plus
  • Familiarity with human-machine interaction principles is a plus
  • Prior experience publishing at least one Virtual Agent is a plus
