Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational Designer for a 90-day contract, US remote.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end conversational user journeys and create dialog flows for JAI
Lead training sessions and develop playbooks for the UX team on conversational design best practices
Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to identify user needs and conduct usability testing

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in designing conversational experiences
A portfolio demonstrating structured conversation flows and measurable impact
Hands-on experience with LLM-based or AI-assisted products
Strong proficiency in UX fundamentals and UX writing skills
Experience with modern design and collaboration tools
