Conversational Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Conversational Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, prioritize automation opportunities, and develop dialogue flows for AI interactions in a healthcare-focused company.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights from various data sources to understand customer needs
• Prioritize automation opportunities in chat and voice channels based on research findings
• Write and define dialogue flows for persona-based AI interactions that facilitate transaction automation

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in conversational design with a portfolio demonstrating successful flow creation for chatbots or voice experiences
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience crafting conversational content for digital channels targeting consumers
• B2C experience with a preference for candidates possessing front-end UI design skills
• Experience working within Agile teams across disciplines
• Knowledge of accessible design standards, including WCAG guidelines
