Conversational Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the Prompt Engineering team, the full-time Conversational Designer will analyze business processes, design scripts and prompts for AI agents, and create training datasets, all while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client-side business processes and internal instructions to inform AI agent design
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes
• Create training and test data sets, and develop methodologies to assess AI agents' performance

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail
• Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs for real business use cases
• Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents
• Background in business process analysis to translate complex workflows into structured dialogue scenarios
• Python scripting skills are a plus
