Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational Engineer, Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to capture and document virtual agent requirements
Present conversational agents in Dialogflow CX and address QA issues and feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate design solutions and create prototypes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions, preferably with Dialogflow CX
Experience in bringing a virtual agent to market or working on deployed virtual agents
Intimate knowledge of NLP, NLU, and managing models, intents, and entities
Experience with programming languages like Java or Python for data integration
Familiarity with user dashboards or analytical applications (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
