Conversion Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the intricate process of transferring retirement plan assets, the full-time remote Conversion Analyst will collaborate with partner teams to ensure accurate data transfer, process participant loans, and review plan assets from multiple recordkeeping companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Conversion Document Specialists to verify completeness and accuracy of incoming plan documentation
• Process and reconcile incoming plan assets from multiple recordkeeping platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex conversion issues and meet customer needs

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with incoming plan conversions in the retirement services sector
• Working knowledge of 401(k) investment processes, including trading windows and settlement periods
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Experience in reconciliation and/or parsing large data packets
• A strong work ethic and proactive follow-up with internal partners
