Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversion Analyst - Non-Qualified for a remote position.

- Review plan submission materials and participate in plan design discussions
- Analyze participant data files and resolve data issues with clients and partners
- Coordinate participant data setup through systems teams and ensure accurate plan set up
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant job experience
- Prior experience working with Non-Qualified plans
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong knowledge of 409A regulations
- Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet business needs
