Conversion Analyst - Non-Qualified

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Analyst - Non-Qualified for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plan submission materials and participate in plan design discussions
• Analyze participant data files and resolve data issues with clients and partners
• Coordinate participant data setup through systems teams and ensure accurate plan set up

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant job experience
• Prior experience working with Non-Qualified plans
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong knowledge of 409A regulations
• Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet business needs
