Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Associate I to support prospective clients through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound client contacts and initiate proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels
• Provide education and application guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless conversion process
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve skills and performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, call center, or client support experience
• Experience handling inbound communications in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
