Key Responsibilities

• Write conversion-focused copy for A/B tests, landing pages, email/SMS campaigns, and paid media ads
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to ensure messaging aligns with client goals and testing frameworks
• Build and manage brand-specific AI writing agents to enhance copy production while maintaining brand voice

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in conversion copywriting or performance marketing copy
• A portfolio showcasing tested copy for various digital channels
• Experience writing for nonprofit organizations and understanding of donation optimization
• Proficiency in building and managing AI writing agents with a focus on brand voice
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and the ability to produce multiple variants quickly
