Job Summary
Driving the transformation of multifamily data conversion processes, the full-time Conversion Manager will oversee client onboarding, leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic transformation of multifamily data conversion functions through AI and automation
- Oversee the end-to-end conversion lifecycle for client onboarding, ensuring successful data migration from various property management systems
- Establish standardized methodologies and quality control frameworks to support scalable growth and improve client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily data conversion, data migration, or related functions
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and conversion technologies
- Experience with multifamily property management platforms such as Yardi or RealPage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and data visualization tools
