Job Summary
As a full-time remote Conversion Optimization Lead, the successful candidate will systematically enhance patient movement through the advocacy funnel by collaborating with clinical teams and analyzing data to improve booking rates and conversion metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion optimization across key funnel stages, including intake flows and advocate outreach sequences
- Analyze funnel-level data to identify friction points and develop testable hypotheses for improvement
- Design and run structured A/B tests on conversation flows while maintaining compliance with quality standards
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or funnel optimization
- Proven track record in building sales or enablement functions, including scripting and training
- Experience working with clinical or regulated teams to develop compliant sales materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from conversion metrics
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools to analyze and improve sales interactions
