Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Director to lead experimentation and optimization efforts across various accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the CRO strategy for accounts, auditing conversion paths and prioritizing opportunities
  • Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps, producing client-facing insights tied to revenue and retention
  • Identify cross-channel opportunities and refine internal CRO workflows and testing standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization or growth-focused roles
  • Proven success in executing experimentation programs across B2B, B2C, and eCommerce
  • Experience with CRO and experimentation tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4) and other BI tools
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment with direct client ownership
