Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own conversion rate optimization strategy and execution across organic and paid traffic
  • Be accountable for MQL, SQL, and Closed Won revenue sourced from organic traffic
  • Analyze performance using analytics and experimentation tools, and report insights to marketing and executive leadership


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or website management in a B2B or marketplace environment
  • Experienced user of Wordpress and VWO
  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue impact through website optimization
  • Strong expertise in CRO and A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
