Job Summary

Owning the execution of the web experimentation program, the full-time remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will conduct behavioral research, manage the testing lifecycle, and leverage Webflow Optimize to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior through various tools to identify conversion opportunities and inform UX improvements
  • Generate data-backed test ideas, develop structured hypotheses, and manage the testing roadmap and execution pipeline
  • Write detailed post-test reports and maintain an organized knowledge base for CRO testing insights
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Webflow Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
  • Proficiency in behavioral analytics tools like FullStory or Hotjar and familiarity with GA4 for performance tracking
  • Strong written communication skills for creating clear hypotheses and reports
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing organization
