Job Summary
Owning the daily execution of the web experimentation program, the full-time remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will analyze user behavior, develop test hypotheses, and manage the testing pipeline while ensuring rigorous documentation and tracking of experiments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior through tools like heatmaps and session recordings to identify conversion opportunities
- Generate data-backed test ideas and manage the full testing lifecycle from ideation to post-test reporting
- Serve as the expert in Webflow Optimize, configuring experiments and ensuring quality assurance across multiple devices
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Webflow Optimize or similar
- Proficiency in behavioral analytics tools like FullStory and knowledge of GA4 for performance tracking
- Strong written communication skills for creating hypotheses and experiment reports
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing organization
