Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through systematic optimization, the full-time remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will manage conversion performance metrics, funnel optimization, and testing infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and deliver primary conversion metrics that drive digital revenue through systematic testing and optimization
  • Systematically improve every stage of the customer journey, from product discovery to checkout completion
  • Evaluate and maintain a steady cadence of high-quality A/B tests, documenting insights and next actions
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on CRO or experimentation experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer environment
  • Strong statistical rigor, including experimental design and significance testing
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including GA4, session-replay, heatmap, and funnel data
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms for scalability and accuracy
  • Ability to independently prioritize work using impact-vs-effort frameworks
