Job Summary

A company is looking for a CoOp/CEMA Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and direct all incoming daily mail for processing by the CoOp/CEMA Team
Assist the team with follow-ups to obtain missing documents for delivery to investors
Oversee day-to-day management of the CoOp/CEMA Team, including employee development and performance coaching

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with title work is preferred
Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 loan origination software
Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
