Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed-Term Coordinating Center Associate to provide customer service support for pharmaceutical programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts related to specific programs and provide consistent customer service support
  • Document all communications and ensure compliance with program guidelines, including data entry and follow-up processes
  • Assist in the preparation of program materials and ensure all assigned project tasks are completed accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate; some college preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential 24/7 on-call coverage shifts
