Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits Specialist responsible for managing coordination of benefits information for members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and update coordination of benefits information for members
  • Initiate calls to validate insurance coverage and determine primacy
  • Manage claims adjudication and recovery of overpaid COB claims
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Experience in health insurance claims processing or related fields
  • Familiarity with document imaging and workflow routing systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and applications simultaneously
