Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits professional to ensure accurate payment processing and research dual coverage for health insurance subscribers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and verify Coordination of Benefits (COB) information from various sources
  • Make COB determinations in accordance with established guidelines
  • Update COB master files and manage correspondence with members regarding COB information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, preferably with COB processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with 1+ years of computer experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Medicaid or Medicare claims preferred
