Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits - Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training new employees
• Act as the primary contact for offshore contractors, managing work assignments and training coordination
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and strategies to improve departmental metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with five years of experience in healthcare/insurance operations, including two years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated client focus and ability to achieve results
• Relevant licensures or professional certifications as applicable
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
