Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with five years of experience in healthcare/insurance operations
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Demonstrated client focus and results-oriented approach
• Relevant licensures or professional certifications as applicable
• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
