Coordinator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with vehicle-related questions and direct vehicles to proper repair vendors
• Review and negotiate vehicle repair estimates, establish repair times, and enter repairs into the system
• Negotiate warranty recovery and authorize appropriate repairs for clients

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree in Automotive field preferred
• Must have 2 ASE certifications and 2 years of previous mechanical industry experience
• Knowledge of an estimating system and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Basic math and computer/typing skills
• Willingness to work independently, multitask, and be accountable for results
