Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Employee Lifecycle by managing employee onboarding and HRIS data
- Coordinating company-wide initiatives and participating in special projects
- Managing new hire onboarding process, ADP HRIS specialist tasks, and people-related announcements
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in an HR-related role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Versatile, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
