Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Employee Lifecycle by managing employee onboarding and HRIS data
  • Coordinating company-wide initiatives and participating in special projects
  • Managing new hire onboarding process, ADP HRIS specialist tasks, and people-related announcements

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in an HR-related role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Versatile, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
