Job Summary

A company is looking for a Copay Support/Claims Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound communications and troubleshoot claim issues related to copay programs
  • Ensure quality control of commercial copay programs and collaborate with internal teams on discrepancies
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for stakeholders regarding medical and pharmacy copay claims


Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED, with related experience or training preferred
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
  • Proficiency in Contract Management Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Pharmacy Data Management (PDMI) and PNC Card Platform
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient and prescriber information securely
