Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office applications and company-specific programs
- Solid customer service abilities, particularly over the phone
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
