Copilot Studio Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Copilot Studio and Extensibility Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customers in designing and architecting Copilot solutions, including task-based copilots and autonomous multi-agent systems
• Guide the customization and extension of Copilot using plugins, custom connectors, and Azure AI services
• Conduct technical workshops and provide best-practice guidance for integrating organizational data into Copilot-powered apps

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure cloud development, focusing on Copilot or AI-powered solutions
• Proven experience with Copilot Studio and plugin design
• Understanding of agentic AI patterns and their business applications
• Ability to advise on low-code and pro-code extensibility across Power Platform and Azure
