Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Copy Editor will write and edit engaging financial content while ensuring accuracy and adherence to editorial guidelines in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write high-quality articles on financial markets, investing trends, and economic features
• Edit content for grammar, style, and factual accuracy while collaborating with reporters and analysts
• Fact-check sources and optimize headlines for SEO and reader engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Economics, English, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in financial journalism or business reporting
• Strong command of grammar and journalistic writing standards
• Familiarity with AP Style and SEO best practices
• Knowledge of financial markets and economic concepts is highly preferred
