Job Summary

To support the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising department, the full-time contract Copy Editor III will edit and proofread digital and print communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy while collaborating with writers and team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and proofread various communications, including internal copy, emails, social media posts, and presentations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards in global Retail communications
• Review projects throughout all stages of the design and production process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in editing communications, preferably in a creative team
• Experience or interest in utilizing artificial intelligence tools for content development
• Strong understanding of U.S.-style English usage, grammar, and punctuation
• Familiarity with standard style guides, including The Chicago Manual of Style
• Proficiency in using Pages, Numbers, and Keynote
