Job Summary

Leading with strategy and storytelling, the full-time remote Copy Supervisor will craft compelling content across various audiences and channels while overseeing a team of copywriters and ensuring brand alignment and accuracy in all deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Craft clear and engaging content for professional, patient, and consumer audiences across print and digital platforms
• Oversee the tone, accuracy, and brand alignment of all copy deliverables while supervising and mentoring a team of copywriters and freelancers
• Develop core messaging platforms for assigned brands and contribute strategic solutions that drive brand growth and client success

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience in HCP Promotional Advertising and familiarity with pharmaceutical agency operations
• Diverse copy portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and creative thinking
• Proven track record of successfully launching multiple new brands
• Experience in managing and mentoring direct reports while handling multiple client projects simultaneously
