Job Summary

To support a dynamic creative team, the freelance Copy Supervisor will manage multiple projects remotely, generating ideas and delivering long-form writing while linking tactical execution to broader brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Deliver long-form writing independently and write for video and multimedia content with strong narrative structure
• Initiate and contribute to concept development, stepping beyond the brief to elevate creative and strategic thinking

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a copywriting role within an agency, particularly in a healthcare/pharma environment
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and integration of creative work across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to concept and execute long-form and multimedia content
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Solid grasp of science and regulatory considerations applicable to creative work
