Copyright Enforcement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution & Copyright Specialist to join their Distribution Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage copyright claims and DMCA takedown notices across various platforms
• Support music release ingestion and scheduling, ensuring accurate metadata and asset management
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve copyright issues and support distribution workflows

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in copyright enforcement, DMCA processing, or digital music rights (internships acceptable)
• Working knowledge of U.S. Copyright Law and the DMCA process
• Experience using CMS or reporting tools on platforms like YouTube, Meta, SoundCloud, and TikTok
• Familiarity with digital music distribution processes is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
