Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Copyright Licensing Temp will review, negotiate, and secure mechanical and synchronization licenses while collaborating with various business units to support the U.S. Shared Services Copyright Licensing Team.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and secure mechanical and synchronization licenses for musical compositions
• Research song titles, songwriters, music publishers, and performing rights societies
• Compile and enter information regarding musical compositions into internal databases and royalty systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in copyright administration and/or processing of mechanical or other royalties preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
