Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Copyright Registrations Temporary will manage the registration of sound recordings, music videos, and related artwork with the United States Copyright Office while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file copyright registrations for new sound recordings and related materials
• Consult with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for copyright registration
• Review agreements to confirm copyright ownership and prepare documents for ownership transfers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior music industry experience or understanding of copyrights related to sound recordings
• Experience in administrative or clerical work
• Strong digital literacy and accurate data entry skills
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
